Welcome to Le Sud restaurant, nestled within La Plantation hotel in Saint-Martin, in the heart of the Caribbean. Every morning, from 7am to 10.30am, enjoy a delicious breakfast served by our swimming pool, providing a peaceful setting to start the day.
To make your stay even more memorable, we organise special evenings, immersing you in the warm and festive atmosphere of the island.
We strongly recommend that you book your table in advance to enjoy a fine dining experience, right by the pool, at one of the best restaurants in the region.
