Welcome to Le Sud restaurant, nestling in the heart of the Plantation hotel in Saint-Martin, in the heart of the Caribbean.
Come and enjoy our relaxation areas and restaurant services:
- Bar & pool: 5.30 pm to 10pm
- Breakfast: from 7am to 10.30am, as an all-you-can-eat buffet or à la carte
- Dinner: 6.30 pm to 10.30 pm
- To make your stay even more memorable, we organise pool party days (Saturdays) and special evenings (Wednesdays and Thursdays), immersing you in the island's warm and festive atmosphere.
- Please note that during the low season, from May 11 to August 31, the restaurant will be open for breakfast only, daily from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM, and for lunch from Tuesday to Sunday, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. No dinner service will be available.
We strongly recommend that you book your table in advance to enjoy a wonderful culinary experience, right by the pool, in one of the best restaurants in the region, with a Dolce Vita atmosphere.
