Please note that the reception is open for arrivals from 8am until 7.30pm. Guest rooms are available from 3pm at the latest.
Our restaurant Café Plantation is open daily for breakfast from 7am until 10.30am. Lunch and dinner is served Saturday and Sunday.
Our Beach restaurant Bikini beach is open for lunch and dinner every day except Thursday.
Our other beach restaurants Kontiki, Kakao, Wai and Coco Beach are also open, information on opening times/days is available at the front deck
OUR COVID-19 HYGIENE AND SAFETY PROTOCOL
The well being and safety of our guests and staff continues to be our number one priority.
We have implemented enhanced hygiene and safety measures covering a wide range of topics. Please see below a basic outline of our Covid 19 Prevention protocol
All staff are trained in preventive measures. Thorough hand washing prior to starting a shift, several times during the day and after each interaction with guests and other staff members is compulsory.
Several basins and hydro alcoholic gel are available throughout the resort for staff.
Staff must wear a mask in guest rooms, the laundry room, all store rooms and at the reception* (*when necessary).
All our public areas (reception, lobby, bathrooms, baggage room, sun loungers etc) are cleaned several times a day.
The reception is equipped with a contactless screen and hydro alcoholic gel
Room Keys are disinfected upon departure and prior to arrival.
Guest rooms are aired and will not be re let for a minimum of 24 hours after guest departure
Guest room housekeeping follows a strict protocol in accordance with the most up-to-date and recommended measures. All contact surfaces (furnishings, furniture, appliances, cupboard, closet and door handles, sanitary fixtures, taps, switches, remote controls, telephones etc ) are disinfected with microfiber non reusable wipes.
Guest room linen is washed in line with Covid 19 prevention requirements.
Air conditioning filters are systematically cleaned at 60° after each departure and prior to arrival.
If you do not require housekeeping during your stay, please notify the reception and leave the “Do not Disturb” sign on your door. We can place clean towels outside your door and would request that you place dirty towels in the plastic bag provided and leave them outside your door.
