Entry conditions for St Martin French Side

If you are travelling from one of the following countries: USA, SOUTH AFRICA, ALGERIA, BAHRAIN, CHINA, UNITED EMIRATES, EQUATOR, IRAK, IRAN, ISRAEL, LEBANON, MAROCCO, PANAMA, DEMOCRATIQUE REPUBLIQUE OF CONGO,RUSSIA, TURKEY,UKRAINE,ZIMBABWE

 Prior to arrival, please send us a copy of the test results which you provided to Dutch side authorities and/or your airline. Email to info@la-plantation.com . Test results are necessary for adults and children aged over 11 years of age

If your PCR test is over 72 hours, or your rapid antigen detection test is over 48 hours, you will be obliged to take a further rapid antigen detection test no later than 2 days after your arrival.

Please sign and return by mail or provide a copy upon arrival of the attached agreement (One agreement per person). The results of your rapid antigen control test must be provided to the reception no later than 2 days after your arrival.

 

Rapid antigen control tests are available at Pharmacie Caraibes in Hope Estate or via our inhouse service.Please contact the reception for further information.

 

Departure tests

If you require a PCR test, and you do not have a French national insurance card, we suggest the following laboratories: Bio Pole in Hope Estate; SLS and Midtown Medical Clinic on the Dutch side.

 

If you require a rapid antigen test,  we provide an in house by appointment service7/7; tests are administered by a qualified registered nurse. Contact the reception for further information

Your stay at PLANTATION

Please note that the reception is open for arrivals from 8am until 7.30pm. Guest rooms are available from 3pm at the latest.

 

Our restaurant Café Plantation is open daily for breakfast from 7am until 10.30am. (Table service) Lunch and dinner is served  Saturday and Sunday.

 

Our beach restaurants are open as follows:

 Bikini beach is open for lunch and dinner every day

Kontiki beach is open daily from 9am until 5pm

Kakao beach is open every day except Tuesday and Wednesday

Coco beach  is open every day except Monday 

OUR COVID-19 HYGIENE AND SAFETY PROTOCOL

 

 The well being and safety of our guests and staff continues to be our number one priority.

 

We have implemented enhanced hygiene and safety measures covering a wide range of topics. Please see below a basic outline of our Covid 19 Prevention protocol

 

All staff are trained in preventive measures. Thorough hand washing prior to starting a shift, several times during the day and after each interaction with guests and other staff members is compulsory.

Several basins and hydro alcoholic gel are available throughout the resort for staff.

 

Staff must wear a mask in guest rooms, the laundry room, all store rooms and at the reception* (*when necessary).

 

All our public areas (reception, lobby, bathrooms, baggage room, sun loungers etc) are cleaned several times a day.

The reception is equipped with a contactless screen and hydro alcoholic gel

 

Room Keys are disinfected upon departure and prior to arrival.

Guest rooms are aired and will not be re let for a minimum of 24 hours after guest departure

Guest room housekeeping follows a strict protocol in accordance with the most up-to-date and recommended measures. All contact surfaces (furnishings, furniture, appliances, cupboard, closet and door handles, sanitary fixtures, taps, switches, remote controls, telephones etc ) are disinfected with microfiber non reusable wipes.

Guest room linen is washed in line with Covid 19 prevention requirements.

Air conditioning filters are systematically cleaned at 60° after each departure and prior to arrival.

 

 If you do not require housekeeping during your stay, please notify the reception and leave the “Do not Disturb” sign on your door. We can place clean towels outside your door and would request that you place dirty towels in the plastic bag provided and leave them outside your door.
